Key Responsibilities:
Own the
Warehouse:
Take full ownership of daily operations, ensuring every product is in its place and orders flow seamlessly.
Stay Proactive:
Anticipate needs and stay one step ahead, never waiting for instructions to get the job done.
Tech-Savvy Execution:
Use ERP systems to manage inventory, process orders, and track shipments with precision.
Efficient Order Handling:
Pack, label, and fulfill orders accurately and efficiently, maintaining strict quality standards.
Communication Champion:
Be the vocal voice of the warehouse, keeping teams informed and aligned on priorities.
Safety-First Mindset:
Enforce OSHA standards and maintain a safe, organized workspace.
Logistics Coordination:
Work closely with carriers to secure competitive freight quotes and ensure timely deliveries.
Quality Assurance:
Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments, catching discrepancies before they become problems.
Physical Stamina:
Handle items weighing 20-80 pounds regularly, moving quickly without sacrificing accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications:
Leadership Experience:
Managed teams in a warehouse or other fast-paced environments (a big plus, even if you’re not directly managing a team here).

Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent 1-3 years of warehouse experience preferred Forklift experience Authorized to work in the

Pay:
$17-$20.00 per hour (Full-Time)
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00
PM Location:
Orlando, FL Job Type:
