Accountabilities:

Manage purchase orders from creation to delivery, ensuring timely restocks of top-selling products Maintain optimal inventory levels across multiple warehouse locations Monitor product demand trends and adjust purchasing accordingly Work closely with the sales, warehouse, and customer service teams to forecast and plan inventory needs Communicate with suppliers to confirm pricing, lead times, and availability Track and resolve discrepancies in shipments or invoices Regularly perform inventory audits and cycle counts Ensure product data (SKUs, descriptions, pricing) is accurate and up to date Use internal systems and spreadsheets to maintain reporting accuracy Live and breathe PetStore.
