As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Assistant to help manage and maintain our inventory and supply chain processes.

Position Summary:

The Inventory Assistant will support the inventory manager by tracking stock levels, organizing tools and materials, and ensuring accurate records of all incoming and outgoing items. This role is vital to keeping our operations running efficiently and ensuring technicians have the right supplies when they need them.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and document deliveries of tools, parts, and hardware Track inventory levels and update records in inventory management systems Organize stock in designated storage areas for easy access Assist in conducting regular inventory counts and audits Report low stock or discrepancies to management promptly Prepare inventory for field technicians and job assignments Maintain cleanliness and organization in the inventory and supply area Work closely with purchasing and service departments to forecast needs

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required Previous experience in inventory, warehouse, or supply chain roles is a plus Basic knowledge of locksmith tools and supplies is preferred (training available) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods Familiarity with inventory software or Microsoft Excel is a plus Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
