Responsibilities :
Identify and order replacement parts using catalogs and computer systems. Process merchandise orders, invoices, and payments. Maintain inventory accuracy and track lost sales. Ensure timely parts delivery to technicians and customers. Receive, ship, and store parts according to company guidelines. Handle warranty parts and returns, ensuring proper documentation. Attend training sessions and stay up to date on product bulletins. Adhere to safety policies and maintain a clean work environment.
Qualifications/Requirements:
