In this role, you will be responsible for managing inventory levels, ensuring accuracy in stock counts, and optimizing warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and experience with logistics and warehouse management systems. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining efficient inventory processes and supporting overall operational excellence. Responsibilities Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability. Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to maintain accuracy in inventory records. Utilize Power BI to analyze inventory data and generate reports for management review. Oversee shipping and receiving processes, ensuring compliance with company policies. Collaborate with logistics teams to negotiate terms with suppliers and optimize material handling. Utilize AS400 systems for tracking inventory movements and transactions. Assist in heavy lifting and materials handling as required during inventory checks. Implement best practices for warehouse management to enhance operational efficiency. Experience Proven experience in inventory control or a related field is essential. Familiarity with warehouse management systems and logistics operations is highly desirable. Proficiency in Power BI or similar data analysis tools is a plus. Experience with shipping and receiving processes, including negotiation skills, is beneficial. Ability to perform heavy lifting and manage physical tasks associated with materials handling. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
