Responsibilities:
Inventory Management Oversee the receiving, storage, and retrieval of inventory items. Maintain accurate records of stock levels and track inventory movements. Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies and ensure inventory accuracy. Collaborate with various departments to forecast demand and replenish stock accordingly. Implement and enforce inventory control procedures to prevent stockouts and overstock situations. Coordinate with suppliers to manage deliveries and resolve any issues related to shipments. Generate reports on inventory turnover, stock levels, and other key metrics. Work closely with the team members to optimize stock levels and minimize carrying costs. Implement best practices for inventory management and contribute to process improvements. Perform regular routine for Spare part worn-out & repair circumstance process Perform regular routine for purchase request/ warehouse & release process Perform regular routine for stock investigation process Work Environment/Safety Management Support production environment improvement on light of 3R (Right material, Right quantity, Right position) and 5S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain) Ensure safety management by fostering a culture of safety awareness, conducting regular training, and adhering to established safety protocols. I actively monitor workplace conditions, identify potential hazards, and promptly implement corrective actions to maintain a secure environment for all shift members. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (REQUIRED) Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Preferred, Not mandatory) Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures Proven experience in inventory coordination or a similar role at least 2 years. Strong organizational and time management skills and Multitasking abilities. Microsoft Office proficiency (especially Excel) Experienced in Maintenance management system – Inventory page Night shift availability preferred but not mandatory, unless otherwise discussed during the interview Experience in high-volume manufacturing, especially in automotive, electrical component, and/or chemical manufacturing preferred Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills and team oriented approach Preferred speaking Korean Physical Requirement The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. May occasionally lift and/or move up to up to 50 pounds. Must be able to regularly stand, walk, sit, talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms to include stoop, kneel, bend or crawl. Transport delivered parts to the Spare Part Room Work Environment Usual inventory office environment, production, dock place. Applicants may be exposed to noise (above 90 dB on operating test a pressor) and potential exposure to hazardous materials (e.g., Electrolyte, Bond, Etc.) Clean and dry room environment. Wearing PPE is required and includes equipment such as a full Tyvek suit, safety shoes, gloves, safety glasses, and a respirator. Respirator fit test will be required based on functional area. A clean shave may be required accordingly upon request. Shift Information Straight Day and Night shift, Not rotating Regular 2-2-3 Work hour will start as daytime (8-5) only while training but eventually change to 12-hours shift once machines are running.
