Inventory Receiving Coordinator Spray Foam Systems 1502 Airport Rd, Greensboro, GA 30642 Inventory Receiving Coordinator The Inventory Receiving Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring quality control for all incoming product shipments. This position is responsible for unloading, verifying, organizing, and documenting incoming materials and supplies, while also supporting warehouse efficiency and order fulfillment readiness. The Inventory Receiving Coordinator reports directly to the Senior Inventory Control Specialist (Shipping). Key Responsibilities Check delivery drivers in and out throughout the day Safely unload deliveries using a forklift or other warehouse equipment Accurately receive incoming parts and place them in designated warehouse locations Verify all incoming shipments by comparing bills of lading to packing slips and inspecting products for accuracy and condition Match shipments to corresponding purchase orders and enter all receiving data into Fishbowl inventory management system Organize and maintain inventory areas by regularly cleaning, organizing, and spot-checking stock Manage the packing strategy to ensure products are professionally branded, protected, and efficiently prepared for outbound shipments Coordinate and maintain tool inventory , ensuring availability and proper storage Serve as backup support for both shipping operations and drop ship processing Notify management when inventory levels are insufficient to fulfill orders Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership This position requires a detail-oriented, organized, and safety-conscious individual who can work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
