We are seeking a Quality Specialist I for a growing healthcare logistics and medical supply company based in Columbus, GA . What You’ll Be Doing:

Ensure adherence to site SOPs and regulatory requirements Lead or support investigations related to Non-Conformances and Customer Complaints Assist with Validation Execution and CAPA Management Maintain and update Quality Metrics and KPIs Review Design History Records (DHRs) for compliance Support audit readiness and documentation practices in accordance with FDA (21 CFR 820) and

ISO 13485 / ISO 9001

Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and quality team members Provide backup support for other QA staff as needed

Your Background Should Include:

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Biology , Biomedical Engineering , Life Sciences , or equivalent work experience 2+ years of experience in a regulated industry (Medical Device, Biotech, or Pharma) Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP) Understanding of Non-Conformance , CAPA , and Complaint Handling processes Strong attention to detail and time management skills Proficient with Microsoft Office; QMS or LIMS experience a plus
