Hours for this position are:
Monday – Friday, 7:30am-4pm Position Summary The Inventory Control Coordinator monitors parts issued and transferred among multiple locations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Entering data for quantities of items issued and transferred among locations, inventory and cycle count adjustments into computer database Receiving and issuing finished goods into computer database Troubleshooting quantity discrepancies with manufacturing and inspection personnel Recording and monitoring all items with shelf-life daily and notifying appropriate personnel when material has expired Preparing monthly reports for cycle count and pick-lists count for monthly highlights Preparing and participating in yearly physical inventory Performing other work-related duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) Minimum of one year Inventory Control experience Must be computer literate Must be detail-oriented and pay close attention to accuracy Ability to analyze information gathered in order to identify potential problems or discrepancies Physical Demands and Work Environment The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
