INVENTORY CONTROL SPECIALIST 4.3 4.3

VEHICLES
Stock in all incoming new vehicles. Shift new inventory to make room for incoming vehicles. Fill up vehicles before they are placed on lot. Start each vehicle 1 time per week. Adjust inventory to ensure proper display of vehicles on lot. Swap out paper mats as needed. Ensure each row of inventory is straight and lined to the front of parking space. Pull dealer trades to the front of the building and remove store plates.
PREOWNED VEHICLES
Stock in all incoming preowned vehicles that are purchased from auction, trade-ins or local purchases. Keep lot organized and ready for fresh inventory to arrive. Ensure no preowned vehicle is under 1/4 tank of gas. Start each vehicle 1 time per week. Swap out paper mats as needed. Ensure “Buyers Guides” are in each preowned vehicle. Notify management if one is missing. Ensure each row of inventory is straight and line to the front of the parking space. Prepare each day’s previous trades for morning meeting. Work with management to hang/swap out sale tags on mirrors. Place Allstate warranty sticker on all qualifying vehicles. Place Ford CPO stickers on all qualifying vehicles.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES/SCHEDULE
Work schedule M-F 8:00AM – 5:00PM (Some days may require staying later than scheduled hours) Monitor lot for any types of trash Must be available to work Holidays the store is scheduled to be open for. Additional responsibilities may be added in the future. Must have a drivers license and a clean driving record. Applicant must not have any speeding, accident or any other infractions within the last 5 years. Must have transportation Must be able to work outside, in changing temperature, for long periods of time.
