Role:
Premium Oilfield Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Asset and Inventory Coordinator to join our team in Bossier City, LA. This critical role ensures the accuracy, availability, and efficiency of our inventory and fixed assets by utilizing Epicor ERP or equivalent systems. You’ll help maintain smooth operations by tracking asset lifecycles, managing stock levels, and contributing to operational excellence. What You’ll Do:
Inventory Management Maintain up-to-date inventory records in Epicor ERP or similar systems Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory checks Monitor stock levels to avoid shortages or excess, and suggest reorder points Process receipts, transfers, adjustments, and disposals Asset Management Track fixed assets including certifications, maintenance, and repairs Tag, document, and classify assets accurately Conduct periodic field audits to confirm asset status and location Work with other departments to manage asset lifecycle effectively ERP System Utilization Use Epicor ERP to manage inventory workflows, generate reports, and optimize processes Oversee ordering and tracking of consumable parts for maintenance and repairs Reporting & Analysis Generate and analyze reports on asset and inventory performance Identify inefficiencies and provide data-driven recommendations Support continuous improvement of inventory accuracy and utilization Compliance & Documentation Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations Maintain documentation for audits, transactions, and asset records Assist with internal and external audit preparation
What We’re Looking For:
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) 2+ years of experience in inventory or asset management Hands-on experience with ERP systems like Epicor, SAP, Oracle NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word Knowledge of inventory control and asset management best practices Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting Excellent communication skills Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally as needed Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available) Must reside within 30 minutes of the Shreveport/Bossier City area
Physical Requirements:
