Inventory Assistant Public Systems Associates, Inc. Baton Rouge, LA 70804 INVENTORY
ASSISTANT
: Baton Rouge, LA computer support firm seeking a detail-oriented, organized, self-starter to manage software and hardware inventory and provide backup support to Purchasing Department as needed. Additional duties include conducting yearly audits and reconciling physical inventory with database records, as well as generating reports on inventory status, usage trends, and discrepancies. Must have strong organizational and time-management skills, excellent attention to detail and accuracy, good communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Candidate must have experience with multiple software packages including Windows 10/11, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Access. Experience in inventory control a plus.
