Business Administration Business Full Job Description Job Summary:

The Inventory Coordinator will maintain the organization’s inventory, ordering and supplying necessary items while maintaining accurate records of all procurements.

Role and Responsibilities:

Maintains consistent stock of inventory, ordering new stock up to pre-authorized limit. Establishes and maintains backup sources for high-demand items. Assesses inventory reports and order patterns to identify items in need of automatic, recurring delivery. Provides inventory reports to the Field Manager. Develops and maintains good working relationships with vendors. Maintains accurate daily records of goods received and shipments made. Manages and maintains inventory system; facilitates upgrades to related databases and/or software under the direction of the Ordering Manager. Conducts weekly audits of inventory. Performs other related duties as requested.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

High school diploma required; Valid Driver’s license

Preferred Education or Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. At least three years of related experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Ability to collaborate with all levels of firm personnel and foster a team environment. Strong organizational skills, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Effective interpersonal skills Able to provide and receive information and effectively and professionally.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift 15 pounds at a time.
