EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
As Coordinator, Inventory and Maintenance, you possess meticulous attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and proactive problem-solving abilities to ensure compliance with specifications, maintain optimal inventory levels, and streamline warehouse operations. With a strong technical proficiency in computerized inventory systems like Maximo and PeopleSoft, coupled with effective communication and collaborative abilities, you excel in coordinating with various stakeholders such as mechanics, electricians, vendors, and other departments to facilitate smooth operations. Your initiative, adaptability, and accountability drive you to anticipate needs, implement improvements, and uphold the highest standards of inventory management, ultimately contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the department’s mission.
What you will do: Control inventory and warehouse operations, ensuring compliance and defect-free items.
Maintain adequate stock levels of machinery parts, equipment, supplies, and uniforms.
Manage miscellaneous item procurement and conduct regular inventory counts.
Oversee computerized inventory systems, including record maintenance, cost calculations, and vendor coordination, while collaborating with Purchasing and Accounting Departments.
