Job Description

The Inventory Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing inventory levels to ensure efficient operations on company specific software.

SALARY:

$24.00/hr The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Organize, label, bar code and store all current inventory by item, cost, storage location.
  • Maintain a min/max count of stock
  • Create a weekly list of items to be ordered.
  • Consistently update the Inventory List and provide info to be uploaded in system
  • Additional task/responsibilities TBD as the position evolves.
  • Previous storeroom inventory with parts tracking and sourcing experience a plus
  • Available to work any shift or days as monthly inventory may require an off-shift schedule.
  • Responds in a professional, polite, and helpful manner when dealing with customers.
  • Develop basic troubleshooting skills
  • Assists in emergencies as needed.
  • Performs call-catching duties as assigned by the supervisor.
  • Returns all work areas to a clean, neat, orderly, and safe condition.
  • Learns, understands, and complies with fire, safety, and other emergency practices.
  • Inform supervisor of any condition observed to be unsafe.
  • Learns, understands, and complies with all ABM and customer policies.
  • Participates in training directed at increasing maintenance and job-related skills.
REQUIREMENTS
  • High school or technical school graduate.
  • Basic – Proficient Computer Knowledge
  • Ability to keep simple records of activities performed.
