Morning Moose Coffee is hiring a part-time Inventory Coordinator to place weekly supply orders and keep our storage areas neat and well-stocked. This role is perfect for someone who loves routine, has an eye for detail, and wants to be part of a supportive, fast-moving team. What You’ll Do Place weekly supply and product orders based on inventory needs Receive and unpack deliveries Restock shelves and storage areas neatly and accurately Keep track of supplies using our inventory system Communicate with our team to ensure we’re always stocked and ready Schedule One routine day per week, you choose which day Approx. 6 hours per week Flexible hours as long as ordering deadlines are met What We’re Looking For Reliable and self-motivated Strong attention to detail Able to lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable using or learning inventory/order software Good communicator and team player Perks & Benefits 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off Sick Time Major Holidays Off Positive and supportive work environment About Us Morning Moose Coffee is a family-owned mobile coffee company based in Richmond, Maine.
