Transform the everyday with us As the Inventory Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all activities related to inventory control and management within the distribution center. Your role will involve overseeing inventory accuracy, implementing efficient inventory management processes, and leading a team of inventory associates. We are looking for an Inventory Supervisor – 2nd Shift (3pm – 11:30pm). This position will be based at our Distribution Center in Southaven, MS.
Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a team of inventory associates, ensuring their performance, development, and adherence to policies.
Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliations, and investigating discrepancies.
Coordinate with purchasing and logistics to ensure timely and accurate receipt and recording of inventory.
Implement and enforce inventory control policies to maintain accurate stock levels and ensure regulatory compliance.
Analyze inventory data to optimize stock levels, forecast demand, and minimize costs.
Train, develop, and continuously improve inventory management processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy. You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Proven experience as an inventory supervisor or similar role, preferably in a distribution center or warehouse environment. Demonstrated success in managing inventory accuracy and implementing inventory control processes is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of inventory control principles and best practices.
Proficient in using inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. You should be able to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize inventory levels.
Strong organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively. You should be able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively supervise and motivate a team. You should be able to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. You should be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate or bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
Familiarity with inventory management software and systems is a plus.

The pay range for this position is $49,350 – $84,600. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
