The Model Home & Inventory Cleaning Specialist will maintain new neighborhood model and inventory homes which are used as the neighborhood showrooms. Scope of work includes but is not limited to: 1. Dusting and polishing 2. Vacuum and mop all flooring 3. Clean doors, entryways, bathrooms 4. Wipe and polish kitchen appliances, sinks, and faucets 5. Empty all trash receptacles 6. Sweep porches/door mats & remove cobwebs to ensure entrances are welcoming.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Physical & Other Requirements:

 Provide own cleaning equipment  Carry current liability insurance (we can add to ours for small deduction)  Pass a background check  Hold a valid driver’s license  Comfortable with Night driving and rural locations Weekly Average Job pay rate for contractors: $200-500/ week (Earned Wage Access available)
