Full Job Description Responsibilities:

Tracking of Connex supplies and material and controlling access to the Connex. Maintain running sheet/count of materials daily. Place orders for bulk and lumber orders to eliminate unnecessary trips to Lowes. Maintain yard/property, fence, weeds, and nails and making sure sensors are clear to be set each night. Keep the yard organized. trailers, large equipment, shingles and paint buckets. Keep the dump trailer clean as it gets full. Will need to make dump runs as needed. Partner with paint supervisors for the paint Connex and get an understanding of what needs to be monitored. Help order supplies for the paint department as needed. Keep a running log of supply runs and updating supervisors on department/techs needing delivery. Getting bundle packages ready prior to the end of day. In charge of locking up during the day and at end of day. Maintain and clean assigned fleet vehicle for running supplies and dump runs. Shop and office maintenance as needed.

Requirements and Skills:

High school diploma or GED. Valid driver’s license. A minimum, two (2) years’ experience in the construction field. Sound knowledge of business ordinances. The ability to lift heavy materials and tools. The ability to use powered hand tools. Excellent communication skills. Exceptional customer service skills.
