Parts/Inventory Coordinator 3.2 3.2 out of 5 stars 350 Eastwood Dr, Belmont, NC 28012 This position has a schedule of Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm with a 1-hour lunch period. SynCot Plastics, a Vinmar Company, is thrilled to announce an opening for a Parts/Inventory Coordinator at our facility in Belmont, NC. In this role, you will manage the inventory of parts and materials used in our manufacturing processes. Your responsibilities will include tracking parts orders, organizing stock levels, ensuring timely replenishment of inventory, and coordinating with suppliers to maintain adequate stock. You will also be responsible for processing orders and returns, updating inventory databases, and collaborating with the maintenance and production teams to meet their parts needs efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Manage inventory levels of parts and materials, ensuring timely replenishment. Process orders, returns, and exchanges for parts and materials. Maintain organized and accurate records of parts inventory. Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of required parts. Assist maintenance and production teams in identifying parts needs. Update inventory management systems with new stock information. Conduct regular audits of inventory to maintain accuracy and efficiency. Prepare reports on inventory status and usage trends for management. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in logistics or supply chain management is a plus. 1-3 years of experience in inventory management or parts coordination preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software. Effective communication skills for liaising with suppliers and internal teams. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Basic understanding of parts specifications and usage is advantageous.
