Job Purpose The inventory controller, uses various inventory tools, including SAP to monitor and track stock levels and ensures inventory is managed daily. Key Responsibilities
- Using inventory management software and systems to track and analyze inventory performance and gaps
- Responsible for coordination of cycle counts
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Coordinate with warehouse, manufacturing and purchasing to manage inventory levels
- Perform regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy
- Create and implement inventory control procedures and best practices
- Forecast supply needs based on trends and demand patterns
- Process and document damaged inventory and coordinate repairs or disposal
- Identify and resolve discrepancies between inventory records and physical counts
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to inventory control
- Work with logistics and supply chain professionals to optimize inbound and outbound inventory logistics
- Recording inventory numbers and data in organizational databases
- Maintaining records of invoices, payments and shipments
- Predicting company needs to ensure adequate supply levels and needs
- Overseeing shipments and monitoring delays or interruptions
- Performing regular inventory audits
- Ensuring proper storage of inventory items
- Following budget guidelines to keep costs within expectationsLevel of Autonomy

- Acts in line with HSE and Compliance regulations.
- Reports on progress on a continuous base.
Job Requirements Essential Qualifications
- 5+ years of inventory management experience within a high-volume manufacturing/distribution center
- Effective leadership and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and tasks with clear prioritization and organizational skills
- Effective communicator with all levels of the organization (employees and managers)
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office, ERP systems, etc.
)

This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
