Inventory Specialist Management Recruiters of Ottawa County Charlotte, NC 28201 Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Specialist for our client located in SW Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory levels, ensuring accuracy in stock records, and optimizing warehouse operations. This role requires experience documenting product shipments, loading, unloading, and moving products, operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment, and meeting deadlines. The Inventory Specialist is crucial in maintaining efficient inventory flow and supporting production planning efforts. Responsibilities Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability Load and unload incoming and outgoing materials and products Prepare finished stock for shipment Accurately document product shipment Operate forklifts and other equipment to move freight Adhere to all quality standards Act as a back-up for all shipping functions Be the lead for two shippers Skills Strong computer skills Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail Strong communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams Pay & Benefits Pay is $25 – 28/hour, depending on experience Benefits include Healthcare, Dental & Vision, 401k, PTO and volunteer opportunities Become an Inventory Specialist, where your expertise will contribute significantly to our operational success!
