Mail Order Facility Position Overview:

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to oversee inventory operations at a busy LTC mail order pharmacy. This role requires a tech who’s comfortable with both medication purchasing and inventory control , and who can contribute immediately to the accuracy and flow of daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Place orders for out-of-stock medications Communicate with staff to identify items running low and ensure timely restocking Receive, log, and shelve pharmaceutical deliveries using ABC Conduct regular cycle counts and check for medications nearing expiration Process drug recalls and return applicable inventory as directed by corporate

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Prior experience as a pharmacy technician , ideally in high-volume retail (e.g., Walgreens, CVS) Background in purchasing and inventory management Comfortable with ordering systems and organizing stock Active North Carolina pharmacy technician license PTCB certification preferred , but not required This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow into a more specialized role within pharmacy operations, especially in inventory and supply coordination.
