Administrative Assistant & Central Supply Specialist 3.6 3.6 out of 5 stars 33 Christian Avenue, Concord, NH 03301 Are you organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a motivated individual to join our team in a dual-role position supporting both administrative functions and central supply operations.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide clerical and administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office and department under the direct supervision of the Nursing Home Administrator.
- Support the day-to-day functions and general office duties and department goals.
- Maintain accurate records, manage correspondence, and assist with scheduling.
- Oversee central supply inventory, ensuring timely ordering, stocking, and distribution of materials.
- Collaborate with departments to meet supply needs and track usage.
- Support general office operations and special projects as needed.
- Maintain master SDS book
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous administrative or supply/inventory experience preferred.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Outstanding Computer Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
