Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure inventory levels are sufficient to meet customer demand
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile any discrepancies
• Monitor and track inventory movement, including stock transfers and returns
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve inventory issues
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and other software tools to manage inventory
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any issues related to sourcing or order fulfillment
• Support e-commerce operations by managing inventory for online sales platforms

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical skills with experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting
• Proficiency in SQL or other database query languages for data manipulation and analysis
• Knowledge of inventory control principles and best practices
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and processes
• Experience working with AS400 or similar inventory management systems
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
