My Auto Store is seeking an Inventory & Dispatch Specialist to support our warehouse operations by managing inventory, coordinating dispatch logistics, and providing excellent customer service over the phone. This role will be worked at our West Deptford, NJ warehouse. This unique role combines inventory control, driver coordination, and customer support—perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their day-to-day responsibilities. If you’re comfortable working in a warehouse setting, answering incoming customer calls, and communicating with drivers on the road, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities Support delivery scheduling and truck route planning to ensure efficient dispatch. Answer and respond to customer calls related to orders, deliveries, and dispatch inquiries. Receive, process, and accurately store incoming inventory. Load and unload trucks while verifying shipments against documentation. Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse software and tools. Assist customers with on-site pickups, providing a friendly and helpful experience. Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized. Perform other duties as assigned to support operations. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills, especially over the phone. Experience in dispatching or routing procedures (minimum of 1 year required). Detail-oriented with strong inventory tracking and documentation skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in basic computer applications, especially Excel. Comfortable working in a warehouse environment and capable of lifting up to 80 lbs. Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent. Experience in the automotive industry is highly preferred.
