Full Job Description Job Responsibilities:
Receiving and Warehousing (收货和入库): Receive and inspect incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with receiving procedures. Safely handle and store received goods in designated inventory locations. Collaborate with procurement and suppliers to resolve discrepancies and issues promptly. Maintain a well-organized and efficient warehouse layout to facilitate easy access to inventory. FDA Liaison (FDA对接): Act as the primary point of contact for all FDA-related matters, ensuring compliance with FDA regulations. Prepare and maintain detailed documentation to support FDA inspections and audits. Stay updated on the latest FDA regulations and adjust inventory management practices accordingly. Implement processes to ensure FDA compliance in the storage and handling of FDA-regulated items. Inventory Verification and Auditing (库存核查及盘点工作): Conduct regular inventory counts to verify the accuracy of stock levels. Administer a cycle counting program to ensure ongoing inventory accuracy. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or discrepancies in stock quantities. Prepare comprehensive inventory reports and communicate findings to the management team as necessary. Stock Control and Replenishment (库存控制和补货): Monitor inventory levels, reorder points, and consumption patterns to prevent stockouts and overstock situations. Implement and oversee stock rotation practices, with an emphasis on the first-in, first-out (FIFO) method. Optimize stock control measures to reduce carrying costs and improve efficiency. Collaborate with the procurement team to optimize ordering and restocking processes. Inventory Accuracy and Documentation (库存准确性和文档管理): Maintain accurate records of all inventory transactions, including receipts, issues, and returns. Keep the inventory management system up to date to reflect real-time stock levels. Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and organization of inventory items. Enforce security measures to prevent theft or unauthorized access to inventory. Process Improvement and Efficiency (流程改进与效率): Continuously evaluate and enhance inventory management processes to improve accuracy and efficiency. Identify opportunities for streamlining operations, cost reduction, and waste reduction. Apply best practices to optimize space utilization and reduce waste within the warehouse. l
Qualifications:
Chinese Mandarin and English Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in inventory control, warehousing, and FDA compliance. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office applications. Knowledge of FDA regulations and procedures. Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high levels of accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
