Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Inventory Specialist with additional Budtending responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in inventory management and a willingness to step into customer-facing roles when needed. Knowledge of the Dutchie system is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:

Accurately track, organize, and maintain inventory using BioTrack Perform regular inventory audits and ensure compliance with local and state regulations Receive and process shipments, ensuring all records are up-to-date Monitor stock levels and coordinate reorders with management Place product orders with licensed vendors based on sell-through trends and store needs Work with vendors to negotiate pricing, terms, and promotional opportunities

Customer Service:

Assist customers in selecting cannabis products tailored to their needs. Educate customers on product offerings, consumption methods, and state laws. Process transactions efficiently using POS systems.

Qualifications:

Previous inventory experience, preferably in a retail or cannabis setting. Familiarity with cannabis products, strains, and consumption methods. Knowledge of the Dutchie system or similar platforms is a plus. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Comfortable interacting with customers and adapting to different roles as needed. Must be 21+ and eligible to work in the cannabis industry (compliant with local/state regulations).
