Linwood, PA 19061 • Hybrid work The Inventory Coordinator plays a key role in protecting the integrity of our warehouse inventory by identifying discrepancies, ensuring timely repairs, and conducting routine audits that directly reduce sub-rental costs. This is a hybrid role that blends hands-on warehouse work with data analysis and cross-functional coordination. From tracking expendables to managing Out-of-Commission (OOC) gear, this role ensures inventory is not only accurate, but also clean, organized, and ready for use. This is not just a desk job — you’ll spend time on the warehouse floor performing audits and inspections, while also driving improvements to the systems that support inventory performance. Success in this role will help avoid unnecessary spending, reduce delays, and improve operational readiness for live events and installations. This position will work from our Linwood Office 5 days a week.
Position Accountabilities and Expectations:
Conduct routine, hands-on inventory audits to identify missing, miscategorized, or broken gear; report findings weekly in warehouse and inventory meetings. Develop and maintain a system to track audit performance (pass/fail rates), and establish a baseline to measure improvement over time. Monitor and manage the physical condition and appearance of all gear, ensuring equipment is clean, labeled, and ready for deployment. Maintain and update Out-of-Commission (OOC) inventory tracking; coordinate with department leads on repair or replacement action plans. Track expendables inventory and usage (e.g., tape, batteries, adapters); conduct audits and initiate restock purchases when needed. Support forecasting of expendables and assist in identifying patterns that can inform CapEx planning. Document and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to audits, gear reconciliation, and expendables management. Explore and implement dashboards or reporting tools to visualize trends across inventory health, audit scores, and OOC status. Act as a communication hub between Warehouse, Department Directors, and Purchasing to ensure inventory alignment across all departments. Assist the Warehouse Manager in day-to-day inventory coordination and improvements across warehouse operations. Perform physical audits including lifting, moving, and organizing AV equipment. Clean, label, and stage gear for return to inventory after shows or repairs. Lift and handle gear up to 50 lbs safely as part of normal daily tasks. Operate within all warehouse zones including returns, repairs, storage, and prep areas. Miscellaneous business priorities assigned by management.
What you will bring:
1-3 years of experience in inventory, logistics, or warehouse roles; AV experience a strong plus. Comfortable with both physical labor and data tracking responsibilities. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through. Proficiency with inventory management systems, Excel, or reporting tools. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving project requirements. Excellent communicator with the ability to work across multiple departments. Self-starter who thrives on finding problems and implementing solutions. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Key Metrics for
