Perform Moving Duties:

Safely load and unload vent racks, boxes, trolleys, change stations and other items from one building to another, ensuring all items are securely positioned for transport. Carefully pack items into boxes and wrap furniture and fragile items to prevent damage during transit. Disassemble and reassemble items as needed for moving, upon arrival at the destination. Maintain detailed and accurate records of all items being moved, ensure proper placement in designated rooms, and verify that all items arrive safely and in their intended locations. Follow all safety guidelines and company policies to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team. 35% Perform Housekeeping Duties Clean storage areas Assist in receiving and storing of supplies; restock as needed Transport caging supplies Transport animal cages, large equipment, water bottles, and feed and bedding supplies within the animal facilities. Conduct general cleaning and housekeeping of animal facilities, including washing walls, floors, equipment, air vents, sinks, doors, door frames, and feed containers. 30% Perform Other Duties as Assign Provide assistance during unusual and/ or unanticipated circumstances. Ensure completion of mandatory/ required training.

Additional Job Description Minimum Requirements:

A high school diploma and one year work experience directly related to the area of employment. Some positions requires a commercial driver’s license.
