BACK OF THE HOUSE MANAGEMENT
Maintain inventory and ensure accurate descriptions and stock counts Upload new inventory to the system/website May include taking high-quality product photos for online listings Maintain accurate records of eBay transactions and monitor listings for accuracy.
ORDER PROCESSING AND FUFILLMENT
Process and fulfill customer orders promptly and accurately for both website and eBay orders. Securely manage the shipping, including packaging, labeling, and pick-up / drop-off of incoming and outgoing shipments. Coordination with accounting and administrative department(s) for all purchases and sales Ensure all customer orders are processed and shipped within the designated timeframes. Monitor and maintain the flow of orders to prevent delays or backlogs.
CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Manage and resolve customer inquiries, issues, and disputes in a professional and timely manner Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience throughout the order process Assisting customers with the online ordering process when needed
PREPARE GRADING & SHIPMENTS
Prepare all forms for grading submissions Properly package and organize shipments Organize proper shipping for returns of the submissions Update back of the house systems with changes Properly file and document invoices and any relevant paperwork
ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS
Occasional errands including, but not limited to checking the mail, depositing checks, and purchasing office materials Ensure all paperwork is properly organized and filed
ASSISTANCE IN COIN SHOWS AND SPECIAL EVENTS
Prepare inventory leading up to the show Coordinating with team in preparation for the show Managing inventory and sales throughout the show Attend and assist during the show with sales as needed
Skills and Qualifications:
1-3 years of rare coin experience is a must Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to resolve customer issues with patience and professionalism. Experience with order fulfillment, shipping logistics, and inventory management. Knowledge of eBay and eCommerce platforms is a plus. Knowledge of
PCGS, CAC, NGC
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to lift and carry large packages Ability to travel to coin shows
