Our Supply Specialist III serves within the Facilities division. Facilities oversees maintenance and construction, office moves, postal operations, parking lot management, physical security including ID key cards, and recycling, shredding, and archiving. This role will be responsible for administering the operation of the property inventory program within the agency’s supply and inventory department. The Supply Specialist III will assist in the shipping, receiving, distribution, storing and inventory of materials, supplies and equipment in compliance with state and federal guidelines. Responsibility includes processing all materials and equipment that come into the warehouse. Key Responsibilities Conduct on-site visits to local offices and workforce investment areas. Process and dispose of expired records or documents. Pick up or deliver furniture and equipment as needed. Handle property transactions including property identification, deletion, transfer, and disposal of surplus property. Maintain a clean, accessible warehouse. Assist with Motor Pool duties as needed. Assist in the statewide supply system, including purchase, receipt, and shipping of various items. Manage the agency’s recycling program. Assist in organizing, purging, and storing archived records.
