Inventory Coordinator 4.3 4.3 out of 5 stars 2200 Stock Creek Blvd, Rockford, TN 37853 The Inventory Coordinator reports directly to the Supply Chain Manager and is a part of the Operations Team.

Job Responsibilities:

Building and maintaining healthy strategic relationships with supervisor, personnel, volunteers, and partners that would benefit department and organizational objectives Maintaining familiarity with clinic event concepts, practices, and procedures. Assists the Supply Chain Manager with acquiring and processing goods and in-kind donations. Monitors and maintains current inventory levels on shelves, ensuring all inventory is stocked and available for clinic and office operations. Utilizing the inventory system, works as part of a cohesive team, aiding the Supply Chain Coordinator and Supply Chain Assistant when needed with packing and unpacking products and minor equipment sent to clinics. Receives, unpacks, and delivers good, inspecting shipments for accuracy and completes and resolves inconsistencies. Working in conjunction with the Inventory System Specialist, helps support efficient utilization of space on shelves and racking. Inputs data and utilizes the inventory system as required to complete job functions. Perform year-end inventory of all products, working with the assistance of volunteers and other team members. Ensure the supply chain areas are neat and organized. May guide volunteers on performing tasks necessary in the area of operation. Performing a variety of task as directed by your Management Team. Ensures the supply chain areas are neat and organized. Job Requirements College degree or equivalent work experience preferred. Detail oriented with the ability to learn new software and systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Physical Requirements Must be able to stand/sit for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to drive RAM vehicles. Must be proficient in verbal, nonverbal, and written communication skills. Must be able to work in an office and warehouse environment.
