Viles Automotive is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Dealership Inventory Manager to join our team. This position is essential to keeping our lot organized and ensuring our vehicle inventory is presented in the best possible condition. You’ll play a key role in maintaining the flow of inventory, assisting with vehicle merchandising, and supporting our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Organize and park vehicles on the lot according to dealership layout Inspect and document incoming vehicle deliveries Maintain cleanliness of all vehicles on the lot (interior and exterior) Ensure lot presentation is clean, professional, and customer-ready Assist with vehicle photos and merchandising for online listings Transport vehicles for service, gas fill-ups, or detail as needed Support sales staff with vehicle movement and location tracking
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Must be able to operate both manual and automatic transmissions Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions Strong attention to detail and time management Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
