The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse by handling various tasks related to inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping and receiving. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Duties Operate RF scanners for accurate inventory tracking and management. Perform picking and packing of orders to ensure timely delivery to customers. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space in compliance with OSHA regulations. Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, including verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders. Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for efficient order fulfillment processes. Build pallets and prepare products for shipment according to company standards. Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines. Customer service experience (works closely with client) Time management Multi tasking Able to work with a laptop and learn new systems Inventory management, counting and reconciling materials to ensure accuracy. Skills Proficiency in using RF scanners for inventory management. Strong understanding of order fulfillment processes and best practices in shipping and receiving. Knowledge of OSHA safety standards related to warehouse operations. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work accurately under pressure. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment. Proven experience in inventory control or a related field. Strong understanding of supply chain management principles. Proficiency in data collection and analysis techniques. Experience with production planning processes is preferred.
