Germantown, TN Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Count materials, equipment, merchandise, and supplies in stock Report and resolve discrepancies between physical counts and computer records Examine on-hand levels of raw materials and supplies to determine shortages Analyze various supply options to ensure the company is receiving the best cost-effective deals Build and maintain good business vendor relationships while seeking out new or alternative vendors as required Return purchased items that are not acceptable or do not meet specifications Maintain and update records Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as need All other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum of high school diploma required Inventory experience 1+ years required Excellent communication skills (oral, written, and interpersonal) to effectively interface with internal and external team members Ability to analyze data with creativity and innovation in mind Strong attention to detail with ability to prioritize tasks and work under tight deadlines Ability to multitask and manage work accordingly with minimal supervision Must be able to lift heavy items (up to 50lbs) Why You Want to Work at
