USA Job Details Description Job Duties:

Working closely with Team Lead and Warehouse Manager, track and resolve wrong parts picked, extra parts picked, and missing parts. During the shift, the incumbent works closely with the Team Lead to report any inventory discrepancies over or below pre-determined amount. Maintains accurate inventory data in Warehouse Management System (WMS). Identifies and researches inventory system discrepancies and errors. Verifies actual location and count of product in warehouse and corrects information in WMS. Creates Inventory Adjustments for Non-Production Departments. Correspond with Team Lead daily with inventory updates. Participate and suggest corrective actions to bring about positive changes in processes to ensure optimum results and efficiency. Operates various industrial powered equipment to transport product as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or GED 1+ year minimum, combination of warehousing and inventory control. Must have a strong technical background and have a general understanding of the function and operation of inventory control. Must be team oriented, excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees. Must have strong organization, problem-solving and time management skills. Must be knowledgeable in matters relating to health and safety. Computer literate- Excel, Word, NetSuite.
