This role involves a combination of warehouse duties and delivery tasks, ensuring that products are efficiently loaded, unloaded, and delivered to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on customer service and the ability to operate various warehouse equipment. Responsibilities Load and unload products from delivery vehicles using pallet jacks and forklifts. Safely operate box trucks for local deliveries, ensuring timely arrival at customer locations. Assist in organizing and maintaining the warehouse, ensuring a clean and efficient workspace. Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing any questions or concerns from clients. Collaborate with team members to manage inventory levels and restock supplies as needed. Perform routine inspections of delivery vehicles to ensure safety and compliance. Follow all safety protocols while handling materials and operating equipment. Requirements Previous experience in a warehouse or delivery driver role is preferred but we will train. Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely or be trained to do so. Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks throughout the shift. Excellent time management skills with the ability to follow routes efficiently. Attention to detail for accurate order fulfillment and delivery instructions.
