Warehouse Operations Associate Merchants Wholesale Grocer Inc Mabelvale, AR 72103 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our distribution center. This position involves various tasks related to materials handling, order fulfillment, and inventory management. The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and organized work environment while supporting the overall logistics operations. Responsibilities Perform heavy lifting and manual labor as required to move products and materials within the warehouse. Utilize RF scanners to track inventory levels and assist with order picking. Operate forklifts and cranes safely to transport goods throughout the facility. Assist in stock management by ensuring products are accurately stored and labeled. Participate in order fulfillment processes, including picking, packing, and shipping orders. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse space to promote safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines. Utilize warehouse management systems to update inventory records and monitor stock levels. Requirements Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is preferred. Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the shift. Familiarity with materials handling equipment, including forklifts and cranes. Experience with order picking processes and inventory management systems is a plus. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Willingness to adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
