Safely handle and process glass and aluminum materials. Operate hand tools, machines, and production equipment. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace. Work closely with your team to meet production goals and adapt to changing priorities. Assist in quality checks and inventory tasks as needed. What We’re Looking For Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude. Willingness to be flexible and help wherever needed — across shifts or tasks. Ability to read and follow written instructions in English. Strong attention to detail and focus on quality. Comfortable lifting and moving heavy materials safely. Prior experience with glass or manufacturing is helpful but not required — we’ll train the right person. Requirements:

Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent (GED) typically required. Previous warehouse or logistics experience is often preferred but not always necessary. Forklift certification may be required depending on the role. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move heavy items (often 50 lbs or more). Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods. Good hand-eye coordination and physical stamina. Skills & Competencies Basic math and reading skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and inventory handling. Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies. Teamwork and communication skills.
