Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role involves picking, loading, storing, and moving products using material handling equipment in various temperature-controlled environments. You’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment of orders, while keeping the workspace clean and organized.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately pick and build customer orders under supervisor direction
Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
Inspect incoming and outgoing products for quality and accuracy
Read labels and documentation to verify product quantities
Maintain a clean and organized work area using cleaning tools and supplies
Adhere to company safety, productivity, and accuracy standards
Perform other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:

Frequent lifting (up to 50 lbs), bending, twisting, and reaching
Continuous standing and walking (over 66% of shift)
Ability to work in cold environments and adjust to temperature changes
Requires upper and lower body coordination
Occasional sitting, kneeling, crawling, and pushing/pulling (up to 50 lbs)

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required
Valid forklift operator license with at least 6 months of safe operation experience
Strong attention to detail with basic math and reading skills
Physically able to lift, carry, and move products consistently
