We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Shipper with strong packaging skills and experience using major carrier systems including DHL, UPS, and FedEx. This role involves preparing outbound shipments, verifying contents and labeling, and ensuring timely and accurate documentation. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and package outbound shipments following proper handling and safety procedures Accurately process shipping documentation using DHL, UPS, and FedEx systems Verify and label outgoing packages to ensure correct destination and content accuracy Inspect packages for damage and verify quantities before shipping Maintain cleanliness and organization in the shipping area Coordinate with internal teams to manage shipping schedules and resolve shipping-related issues Update shipping logs and maintain inventory of packaging supplies Operate warehouse vehicles and material handling equipment safely Assist with other warehouse duties as needed

Requirements:

6-12 months of experience in a warehouse, shipping, or related environment High school diploma or GED Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs. continuously Ability to operate warehouse vehicles and material handling equipment Proficient in using carrier software platforms (DHL, UPS, FedEx) Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to stand and walk on concrete floors for extended periods Must follow safety procedures and wear required steel-toe footwear (not provided)

Preferred Qualifications:
