The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our warehouse by performing various tasks related to inventory management, equipment operation, and product handling. This position requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, and reach trucks safely and efficiently. Load and unload products from trucks and containers, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage. Maintain accurate inventory control by tracking stock levels and conducting regular counts. Fabricate and build necessary items for storage or shipment as required. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Organize and stock products in designated areas within the warehouse. Assist in the preparation of orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency. Experience Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with operating forklifts and reach trucks is advantageous. Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus for troubleshooting equipment issues. Strong understanding of inventory control processes will be beneficial. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
