We are seeking a reliable and hardworking 2nd Shift Warehouse Associate to join our team at a leading neutraceutical manufacturing facility. This position plays a vital role in maintaining efficient warehouse operations, including receiving, staging, storing, and shipping of products and raw materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, work well in a fast-paced environment, and be committed to workplace safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Load and unload trucks using forklifts or pallet jacks Stage materials for production and ensure timely replenishment of production lines Pick and prepare orders for shipment according to schedules and quality standards Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records Verify incoming shipments for accuracy and report discrepancies Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently Keep warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety and sanitation guidelines Support the implementation of FIFO (First-In-First-Out) inventory methods Follow all company SOPs, GMPs, and safety regulations Collaborate with team members and other departments to meet production and shipping deadlines

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred; beverage or food industry experience a plus Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods Basic computer and inventory system skills (WMS experience a plus) Strong communication skills and attention to detail Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed

Compensation:
