Key Responsibilities :

Item Preparation for

Shipment :

Accurately prepare items for shipment to fulfillment centers, ensuring they meet all required specifications.

Inventory Unloading & Sorting :

Assist in unloading incoming inventory, sorting, and storing products in designated areas to maintain a well-organized warehouse.

Packing & Shipping :

Bulk package products efficiently and safely, ensuring orders are ready for timely dispatch.

Warehouse Maintenance :

Regularly clean and organize the warehouse to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.

Quality Control :

Perform routine checks to verify the quality and condition of inventory before shipment.

Collaboration :

Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure smooth operations and quick resolution of any issues that may arise.

Required Skills & Experience :

Proven experience working in a warehouse environment , with a focus on fulfillment and logistics. Ability to perform in fast-paced environments, managing multiple tasks efficiently. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage inventory and ensure accuracy in shipment preparation. Good physical stamina, capable of lifting and moving products up to [X lbs] as needed. Basic proficiency experience in warehouse operations . Must pass a background check .

Preferred Skills :

Spanish and some English (either as a first or second language) to assist with communication in a bilingual work environment. Experience in inventory management or shipping logistics .

Job Types:

$16.00 – $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 35 per week
