ROLE PURPOSE

Thermacell is currently seeking a highly capable Warehouse Shipping Clerk with high attention to detail. The person in this role will be responsible for package receiving and shipping within the Distribution Center. This role will also ensure all items are recorded accurately and efficiently. This role will report to the Warehouse Floor Supervisor.

Typically, between 7:00am

  • 3:30pm M-F (extended hours as needed during busy season)

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Generates waves (pick tickets) for picking & ensures posted for pickers as soon as possible Ensures customer shipping compliance is met. Updates SOP’s when requirements change Books & generates accurate BOL’s for shipments

  • both within internal TMS (Transportation Management System), as well as routes in various customer portals for collect customers Create UCC labels and print through SPS Commerce or other portals QC’s orders after picking completed for picking accuracy Physically preps shipments with placards/carrier pro #’s/BOL’s, etc.

Physically wraps pallets & UCC label orders when needed Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse/office environment Communicates effectively and maintains positive relationships with carriers Sends advance shipment notices (ASN’s) to Amazon Vendor Central, Menards Portal and SPS Commerce Generates small parcel shipment labels within customer compliance (FedEx and UPS Orders) Within NetSuite, quickship orders after carrier pickups Can use RF scan gun Maintain a high level of knowledge in NetSuite Works with internal & external seasonal workers to ensure team knows UCC placement requirements, as well as any other prep work needed on shipments to maintain compliance Cross-trains team members Comply with internal polices and industry regulations Other duties as assigned

COMPENSATION

Compensation for this position will include a competitive base salary and a Quarterly and Annual Target Bonus

Requirements:
