Warehouse Operator Pay:

$20.65 per hour plus

Shift Differential:

$1.00 per hour (if applicable)

Shift & Working Hours:

1st Shift; 6:00AM to 4:00PM;Weekends/Overtime/Holidays as needed. In this role, you’ll be a keymember of our Land O’Lakes, Inc. warehousing team, performingfront-line processes that ensure successful delivery of finalproducts. You’ll gain skills and experience in warehouse operationsincluding coordinating inbound/outbound deliveries, packing/loadingfinal products using a forklift, assisting with cycle counts, andorganizing areas of the warehouse. You’ll operate daily on aforklift and use other plant machinery and equipment as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complies with allsafety processes and insists on safety practices of self and others
• Shows up on time, completes tasks by deadlines, and adapts tochanges quickly
• Processes work orders by selecting correctproducts from racks, palletizing them, shrink-wrapping, and stagingthe product order for delivery
• Able to multi-task and keep upwith warehousing demands in a fast-paced environment
• Ensures allstandard operating procedures are followed
• Maintains cleanlinessand organization of work area
• Successful forklift certificationrequired

Required Experience and Skills:

• Must be 18 years orolder
• 1 year of work experience in any industry
• Basic computerand math skills
• Able to read, write, comprehend, follow verbaland written instructions
• Willingness to learn new skills,problem-solve and troubleshoot
• Strong collaboration,communication skills, and is always respectful

PreferredExperience:

• 1 year of warehousing work experience

Forkliftexperience Physical Requirements:

• Able to lift/carry up to 60pounds
• Frequent movement including walking, standing,bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raisingarms, lifting, climbing and other active movements
• Performingduties while wearing personal protective equipment
