The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient operations, including inventory management and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. This position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This position will report directly to the Plant Manager and is an in person, on site role in Lawrence, MA. Responsibilities Monitor inventory closely to ensure equipment is operational and organized, Work closely with other team members to ensure proper tracking and storage of all inventory is maintained, Order/reorder inventory as needed while monitoring stock levels, Follow all safety requirements. Requirements Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred but not mandatory, Inventory Management experience, Ability to operate a forklift safely and efficiently is a plus, Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills, Ability to lift heavy packages (up to 50 pounds) as required, Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team, Must be able to follow safety protocols and procedures at all times.
