Material Handler Position Available In Hampden, Massachusetts

Material Handler CoWorx Staffing Services Holyoke, MA 01041 CoWorx Staffing is hiring a 2nd shift Material Handler in Holyoke, MA. This is a temp to hire opportunity at a great company with growth opportunities!

Responsibilities :

Load, unload, and transport materials using a forklift. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper forklift operation procedures. Move materials and finished goods to designated areas. Maintain accurate inventory records through manual logs or warehouse management systems. Label and store materials properly to prevent damage or loss.

Assist with receiving incoming shipments:

inspect, verify, and document materials. Prepare and package outbound shipments according to customer or company specifications. Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely movement of goods. Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe. Complete required paperwork and digital entries for all materials moved. Report discrepancies, damages, or unsafe conditions to supervisors immediately. Communicate effectively with supervisors, production staff, and logistics personnel. Conduct pre-shift inspections of forklifts and report issues. Ensure forklifts and other equipment are maintained and stored properly.

Requirements :

2-4 years experience in Material Handling/Shipping required Forklift experience required Shifts Available /
