We’re looking for a Warehouse Picker who’s sharp-eyed, quick on their feet, and ready to help keep our production engine running smoothly. You’ll be selecting, scanning, and staging materials like a logistics ninja—and making a real impact every single day. The Warehouse Picker is responsible for accurately selecting and preparing products for customer orders in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role ensures the right materials and components are picked, staged, and delivered efficiently to support production and shipping schedules.
What you will be doing:
Read and interpret order pick tickets, work orders, or requisitions. Locate and retrieve materials or products from designated storage areas. Accurately pick and count items for customer or production orders. Use handheld scanners or inventory systems to track and confirm movements. Transport items to designated staging or shipping areas. Perform visual quality checks to ensure products meet standards. Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas. Assist with cycle counts, inventory checks, and restocking as needed. Follow all safety protocols and company procedures. Support warehouse and manufacturing teams with additional tasks as assigned. This is what you’ll need to be successful in this role A high school diploma or GED (bonus points for warehouse experience!). You can lift 50 lbs and be on your feet throughout your shift—think of it as a paid workout. You’re detail-oriented, dependable, and like to keep things moving. You’ve got basic math and counting skills (yes, you can use your fingers sometimes). Your tech-friendly and open to learning inventory systems.
